A 3% drop in US gasoline consumpition, right now,  with no federal or state spending.  Awesome?

I bought my teen-driver a tire gauge earlier this week (yes, really) and yesterday we went out and measured the pressure: All 4 tires were low, and not by a little. 

BTW: a clogged air filter can result in a 10% increase in gasoline needs.
